Limited Edition: Escape The Fate. Please be aware that shipping timelines depend on logistics, and delays may occur as we rely on the postal service to deliver to our warehouse. Any orders placed with other Curst Kosmetics products alongside the Escape The Fate will be shipped together once the Escape The Fate Artistry Palette is ready. We recommend purchasing Curst Kosmetics products separately, as they are in stock and ready to ship for faster delivery.
Because this is a pre-order for a custom item, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once your order is placed. Additionally, Route Insurance is required to protect your package in case of loss, theft, or damage. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for it, and Route Insurance will handle replacements or refunds if needed.
Ensure your cart includes Route insurance, which is automatically applied and can be manually deselected. This coverage protects against stolen packages, damaged items during shipment, and other issues caused by the delivery service. Without Route insurance, we are unable to replace or refund any lost or damaged packages.
Please be aware that using a third party checkout service, such as After Pay, Sezzle, Paypal, Amazon, Venmo, etc., may not always trigger our system to send a receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact customerservice@curstkosmetics.com with your name, email, and address so we can email you a detailed receipt.
